Carl P. Accio (カール・P・アッチョ, Kāru P accho), or Carpaccio (カルパッチョ, Karupaccho), is a power user and a member of the Robert's Ten. He has the power to copy another person's power. The condition is that he has to spend 24 hours within 10 meters of them. He used this to acquire the powers of all of the other members of Robert's Ten. He has two powers from outside the Ten which are the power to change the opponent's thoughts to a cell phone Text-message and the power to reverse one's position with the opponent's. He uses all of these powers in combat and may actually have had more, but he was outsmarted by Ueki plan. He though he was perfectly had outcome by reverse the position between him and Ueki when he is out of the field and gonna fall in the lava pool. When he reverse the position, suddenly out of nowhere, a Mash appear from behind him and get trapped. And it's actually Ueki's Mash, and the reason how that thing appear out from Ueki position is that he and Tenko had already tricks Carpaccio before Ueki getting reverse the position. Tenko help Ueki by making his thought as Ueki thought and thinking he will use Pick to push Carpaccio out of the field, and so Carpaccio didn't realized behind this tricks and assume to use reverse position. After getting trapped by Ueki Mash, Ueki beat Carpaccio with upper cut and get knock down. Carl is a very sneaky (yet ironically loud) type who isn't above underhanded tactics to get what he or Robert wants.

Copying another person's power[]

Carpaccio has the power to copy another person's power, with the condition that he must spend 24 hours within 10 meters of them. He used this to acquire the powers of all of the other members of Robert's Ten. In his battle with Ueki he used:

  • Don's power to turn rings into rockets.
  • Tarō's power to turn whistles into laser beams.
  • Kurokage's power to turn his shadow into clay men.
  • Rinko's power to turn beads into bombs.
  • Kabara's power to turn capes into wings.

Outside the Ten, he has at least two other powers; are the power to change his opponent's thoughts to a cell phone Text-message and the power to switch one's position with his opponent's. He's shown to use these powers in conjunction with each other, by reading the the texts to know when Ueki would attack then switch places with him to both dodge the attack and have Ueki be hit with his own attack.

Despite this strategy working for the latter part of their fight, it had was shown that his text-message power required him to touch/be touched by the person whose thoughts he wants to read. If someone else touched him, even if he wasn't aware of it, his text-messages would show their thoughts instead of the prior person's thoughts.
